Jose Antony
Global Supply Chain Executive & Principal Consultant
Jose Antony is a global supply chain executive with 18+ years of experience leading enterprise supply chain transformation, S&OP/IBP modernization, and operating model redesign across complex, multi-billion-dollar manufacturing environments.
His career was built inside Valmont Industries — a $4B global manufacturer — where he progressed from establishing the Supply Chain organization at Valmont Middle East in Dubai to leading global supply chain strategy at U.S. headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. During that tenure, he was recognized by executive leadership for expanding international operations, developing technology tools adopted globally, and was selected to join the U.S. corporate leadership team — where he went on to lead enterprise planning modernization, launch the North American solar tracker supply chain, and oversee supply chain integration for international acquisitions.
He founded Trinity Solutions to bring that same enterprise discipline — structured planning governance, digital enablement, and decision-grade visibility — to organizations that are ready to move beyond reactive execution into structured, strategic orchestration.
